Pork Panko Breaded Bake-Fried Catfish


Catfish breaded with pork rinds.

Ingredients and Amounts:

  • 30 oz of catfish
  • 6 tbs mayo
  • 3 oz Pork Panko
  • ½ tsp seafood spice blend
  • 1 tbs olive oil
Pork Rind Breaded Catfish
Step 1

Preheat oven to 450º. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Mix together spice blend and Pork Panko in a shallow bowl.

Step 2

Pat catfish filets dry with a paper towel. Then brush each filet with a tablespoon of mayo on each side.d.

Step 3

Place filets into the panko mix bowl and coat with mixture on both sides.

Step 4

Lay each filet on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5

Optional: Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce, and a side salad.

Step 6

Garnish with lemon.
