Pork Panko Air Fryer Cauliflower

- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (I used @porkpanko to be paleo)
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoning mix of choice, I used @paleopowder
- 2 eggs, beaten
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2-3 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients.
Step 2
Dip each cauli floret into the beaten egg, then roll in the dry ingredients until fully coated.
Step 3
Air fry at 350 for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through
Step 4
Heat the sauce ingredients over medium for ~5 minutes until slightly thickened
