Pig's On! BBQ's Pork Panko Crusted Jalapeño Poppers

Spicy Crispy Jalapeño Poppers from our friend @pigsonbbq

instructions:

Step 1

Slice Jalapeños and mix the cream and cheddar cheese until well mixed.

Step 2

Fill each half of Jalapeño with the cheese mixture.

Step 3

Tightly wrap each filled half with a slice of bacon and dip each bacon wrapped half in the egg.

Step 4

Generously coat with the Pork Panko and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to help the coating stick.

Step 5

Set the grill for an indirect cook, then place the Jalapeños on the grill and cook until the bacon is cooked and the coating is crisp.
