Paffle Recipe - Pork Rind Waffles

Ingredients and Amounts:
- ½ cup Pork panko
- ⅓ cup finely shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients together.
Add half of the batter into mini-waffle maker (this recipe makes 2 paffles). Just increase the size of the batch to the size of your preferred waffle maker.
Cook until the paffle is golden brown (3-5 minutes).
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second paffle.
