Oven-Fried Chicken

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients and Amounts:

  • 2 lbs of chicken legs and wings
  • 2 cups Pork Panko
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbs black pepper
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbs salt

Instructions:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine Pork Panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Step 2

Brush chicken with mayonnaise then coat with panko mix.

Step 3

Place chicken on cookie sheet with a wire rack and bake for 30 minutes. Flip chicken and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is golden, crispy and the internal temp reaches 165.

Step 4

Optional: Serve with your favorite sides.
