Loaded Faux-Tato Cauliflower Breakfast Casserole
- 1/2 head of cauliflower
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 3 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup Pork Panko
- Ranch seasoning
- Salt & pepper

Steam the cauliflower until tender and set aside.
Next, cook the bacon and drain on paper towels. Cook ground sausage and set aside.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, and seasoning.
In a small casserole dish, layer cauliflower florets, cheese mixture, and sausage. Top with crumbled bacon and Pork Panko.
Bake at 400 F. for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
