Prawn & Mushroom Dip
- 3 mushrooms, minced
- 12 large prawns, minced
- 1/2 cup Pork Panko
- 1/2 block cream cheese
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp red crushed chili peppers
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

Mince the mushrooms, prawns, and garlic and add to a medium mixing bowl. Dice the green onions and add to the bowl as well.
Add in all the spices and cheese and combine well using an electric mixer.
In a separate bowl, mix in parmesan with Pork Panko.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with parmesan Pork Panko mixture.
Bake at 375 F. until the top is browned and bubbling.
Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables, and enjoy!
