Keto Bread


Makes 4 servings

Ingredients and Amounts:

  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese grated
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Pork Panko
  • 1 tbs baking powder

Step 1

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

Step 2

Place cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a large bowl. Microwave on high for one minute, then stir. Microwave for an additional minute. The cheese should be melted. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture.

Step 4

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes. Then place on rack to cool for additional 5-10 minutes.

Step 5

Optional: Serve with your favorite deli meats and cheeses as a sandwich or flatbread.
