Grilled Fried Chicken

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients and Amounts:

  • 2 lbs of chicken legs and wings
  • 1-2 bags of Pork Panko (equivalent to 2 cups of ground pork rinds)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tbs black pepper
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbs salt

Recipe:

Step 1

Preheat grill on low. Beat eggs and mix in milk. In separate bowl, combine Pork Panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Step 2

Dip chicken in egg batter then coat with panko mix. Refrigerate chicken for 1 hour.

Step 3

Place chicken on grill and cook with the grill closed for 30 minutes. Flip chicken and cook for an additional 30 minutes with the lid closed.

Step 4

Optional: Serve with your favorite sides.
