Garlic Bread Pork Panko Meatball Sliders

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground veal
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Pork Panko
  • 1 tbsp Meat Church’s Garlic Herb seasoning
  • 1 stick of butter, melted

Step 1

Mix together 1/2 lb. each ground beef, veal, and pork, 3 eggs, 1 cup of pork panko, and season with Meat Church’s Garlic Herb seasoning.

Step 2

Cook them on the Traeger Grill at 325 F. for about 45 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, melt 1 stick of butter and paint your bread with it and add an extra sprinkle of the garlic and herb seasoning.⁠

Step 4

Remove the meatballs, and add them to your favorite sauce, place 3 balls per roll, top with cheese, and grill for another 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted, and the bread is nice and toasted.
