Turmeric Chicken Meatballs served with Pesto Mayo

- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 yellow sweet pepper, diced
- 5 pickled peppers, chopped (such as Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Pork Panko
- 1 tbsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder

Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Once the mixture is well chilled, begin rolling into 1 inch balls.
Step 3
Coat in Pork Panko and air fry at 375 F. for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Mix together mayo and pesto until you have your desired taste and consistency..
