Turmeric Chicken Meatballs served with Pesto Mayo

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper, diced
  • 5 pickled peppers, chopped (such as Mama Lil's Pickled Peppers)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Pork Panko
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Directions
Step 1

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Once the mixture is well chilled, begin rolling into 1 inch balls.

Step 3

Coat in Pork Panko and air fry at 375 F. for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Mix together mayo and pesto until you have your desired taste and consistency..

Step 5

Plate up your meatballs and serve with the pesto mayo!
