KETO FRIENDLY HABANERO FISH TACOS
- One ½ cup almond flour
- Half a scoop of @isopurecompany whey protein
- Habanero seasoning
- One whisked egg
- One cup of Pork Panko seasoned with black pepper to taste
- Filet of fish
- Shredded red cabbage
- Pickled jalapeño
- Red chili
- Fresh cilantro
- Sour cream
- Chopped frisée

Get 3 bowls, one with 1/2 cup almond flour plus half a scoop of @isopurecompany whey protein with lots of @flavorgod habanero seasoning. One with a whisked egg. And one with about a cup of Pork Panko seasoned with black pepper.
Cut fish into small strips. Dip in flour mixture, egg mixture, then Pork Panko "breadcrumb" mixture.
Air fry at 375 for 10 minutes.
Toast four carb tortillas in a tiny bit of avocado oil just until they got warm and slightly crispy. Top with a smear of sour cream, chopped frisée, shredded red cabbage, the fish, pickled jalapeño, slivered red chili and fresh cilantro!
