Keto Cheese Sticks
Makes: 16 cheese sticks

Ingredients and Amounts:
- 1 egg
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1/2 cup Pork Panko
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 ts garlic powder
- 1/4 ts chili powder (optional)
Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks in half and freeze for one hour.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a second bowl, beat the egg.
Dip cheese sticks in egg batter, then coat in pork rind mix. Put back into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven at 425 degrees. Place cheese sticks on sprayed baking cheese and bake for 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Serve with a marinara sauce.
