Ingredients and Amounts:

  • 8 fresh okra pods
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 ts seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of pork panko

Directions
Step 1

Preheat oven 450 degrees.

Step 2

Combine dry ingredients.

Step 3

Roll okra pods in mayo and coat with pork panko mix.

Step 4

Bake on a greased baking sheet for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
