Pork Panko Air Fryer Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (I used @porkpanko to be paleo)
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoning mix of choice, I used @paleopowder
  • 2 eggs, beaten

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 2-3 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients.

Step 2

Dip each cauli floret into the beaten egg, then roll in the dry ingredients until fully coated.

Step 3

Air fry at 350 for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through

Step 4

Heat the sauce ingredients over medium for ~5 minutes until slightly thickened

Step 5

Pour over cauliflower. Best when eaten immediately!
