Pork Clouds


light + fluffy + kettle cooked in olive oil

Pork Clouds are wonderfully fluffy crisps made from salt cured pork skin: so fluffy that we cannot reasonably call them pork rinds and had to change the name. They are the ideal accoutrement to a craft beer, a sandwich, or even as croutons in a salad - adding flavor and crunch without all the carbs.

Pork Clouds are made with pork skin that has most of the fat melted off, which is then cured in salt and dried. After this, we use a unique Olive Oil kettle cooking process to make them spectacularly fluffy and tasty. Most of the fat in Pork Clouds is the Olive Oil we cook them in.

Speaking of Olive Oil, we use a lot of it, but we don't throw it away. We are smarter than that. After filtering, we turn our leftover oil into Castile soap instead - Pork Soap to be precise.

Ingredients Always Simple Enough To Tweet

Typically just four ingredients, Pork Clouds are an exercise in minimalism. We emphasize the power of high end individual ingredients rather than overcomplicate things with a panoply of preservatives.

No Carbs. No Sugar. No Trans Fats. No Gluten*

But no need to be negative - they do have a lot of protein. And yes, salt - that's from the cure! *Though no Pork Cloud ingredients contain gluten, for those concerned about Celiac disease or similar - our facility is NOT yet gluten free certified.
